Job Description
As a Molding Operator, you will be transitioning between the injection mold and assembly areas. Your duties will include operating injection molds by closing the door, pressing go, unloading parts, and performing basic trimming. In the assembly area, you will be responsible for assembling basic plastic medical parts and packaging them. Please be comfortable with repetitive tasks as this work can be quite repetitive.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molds by closing doors, pressing go, unloading parts, and trimming.
- Assemble and package basic plastic medical parts.
- Read and follow work orders accurately.
- Maintain a high level of attendance and positive attitude.
Essential Skills
- Machine operation experience.
- Ability to read and understand work orders.
- Good communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Some manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Experience with injection molds is beneficial but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
