Picture your day: you review engineering drawings and routings, prep your workstation, and bring components together using hand and power tools to meet exacting specifications. You spot issues early, collaborate with teammates to resolve snags, and keep quality and safety at the forefront—all while maintaining a clean, organized space.
What you will do
- Build assemblies following routings, engineering drawings, and detailed specifications.
- Flag and report defective materials or malfunctioning equipment to your supervisor.
- Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and compliant work area.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Take on additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Mechanical aptitude with comfort using hand and power tools.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Competence with basic math, measurement, and mechanical concepts.
- Read and interpret assembly technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Work environment
- Primarily indoors; protected from weather but temperatures may vary.
- High noise levels at times; you may need to raise your voice to communicate.
- Exposure to vibration affecting hands/arms or full body during certain tasks.
- Potential hazards include moving machinery, vehicles, electrical current, elevated work areas, high heat, and certain chemicals.
