Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communication with stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary approaches to student success.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in school-based speech and language therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills conducive to working with children and school staff.
• Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school locations.
• Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and educational regulations.
