Warehouse Manager - Wise Foods, Inc.

Responsibilities:
Receive product from Berwick / Preferred suppliers
- Prepare product orders daily.
- Schedule delivery of trailers of product.
- Unload product efficiently and on schedule.
- Receive orders in company systems: Websnak and SAP.
Product Storage and Maintenance
- Use FIFO for all products.
- 2. Review inventory on a weekly basis to ensure product freshness and minimize exposure to product expiration.
- Maintain accurate inventory following company protocols for: Receiving, billing and transfers.
Staging IO Orders
- Ensure all orders are created through IO hhcs.
- Orders processed and checked for accuracy.
- Orders processed in sync with IO loading schedule.
- Orders charged when received by IOs.
Inventory Storage
- Ensure all products are rotated and handled properly.
- Maintain inventory levels to satisfy market conditions.
- Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are practiced.
Personnel Management
- Adhere to company personnel policies.
- Review schedule regularly to minimize overtime hours.
- Follow union seniority rules regarding scheduling and when offering overtime
MINIMALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES have the following required skills and experience:
- A High School Diploma is required.
- Have worked in a food manufacturing facility for at least a year.
- Possess basic Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, EMP, FMLA, ADA.
IDEAL CANDIDATES also have the following skills and experiences:
- At least 10 years' experience supervising people in a warehouse facility.
- 2 years of Microsoft Office
- Experience with employee relations issues and discipline process.
- Implemented production and/or quality control improvements on food manufacturing facilities.
- Has worked with certifications or audits from OSHA, FDA, EMP.
- Has worked with FMLA and ADA cases in a manufacturing facility.
- Prior experience managing a unionized workforce.
- Current Forklift Certification required.
- Prior SAP experience preferred.
