We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator for our client in Addison, TX. This is a hybrid position, with the ability to work from home one day a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day coordination of assigned programs, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the planning and execution of secret shopper visits and employee recognition initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records, schedules, and reports to track program progress and performance.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of program components.
- Prepare client-ready documents, presentations, and status updates.
- Help manage logistics across locations, including scheduling, data entry, and compliance tracking.
- Support invoicing, contract documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, or administrative support, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
