Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, services, and insurance.

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded.

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to facilitate patient care and services.

- Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

- Provide information about healthcare services, procedures, and policies.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:
