- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support sales and consultations
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide specialized sleep consultations to enhance customer experience
- Manage inventory and assist with order processing
- Educate customers on product benefits and features
- Ensure store presentation meets company standards
- Occasionally travel locally for product training or events
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience and history in retail encouraged, with training provided for the right candidate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of product knowledge and sales techniques
