In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate data entry. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing and processing invoices for payment.

• Oversee accounts receivable functions, such as tracking incoming payments and reconciling discrepancies.

• Accurately input financial data into accounting systems, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Assist with verifying financial documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes by preparing necessary documentation.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

• Generate financial reports and summaries to support decision-making.

• Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all financial transactions.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

• Familiarity with processing invoices and reconciling accounts.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
