Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Social Worker, with credentials recognized by your state of practice
- Prior experience providing social work services within school settings strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development, crisis intervention, and educational systems
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and community resources
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to student advocacy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive social-emotional assessments for referred students
- Develop and implement individualized interventions addressing academic and behavioral challenges
- Lead one-on-one and group counseling sessions focused on various student needs
- Work closely with teachers and special education teams to design effective support strategies
- Engage with parents/guardians to promote student well-being and connect them to valuable community resources
- Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute expert insight for student planning
- Address crisis situations promptly, providing short-term counseling and referrals as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with school/state requirements
