We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join us as a full-time Residential Supporter. At Crystal Springs, we offer a competitive pay rate of up to $23.98 per hour along with a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 for our per diem team members.

YOUR SCHEDULE

While working in this per diem role helping those with disabilities, you are offered a choice of 10-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, or on-call hours. You typically work the 2nd or 3rd shift, based on your preference.

YOUR DAY

While working as a Residential Supporter at our residential facility, you're the everyday hero who guides individuals with disabilities toward independence and helps them make their own choices. You support various aspects of their lives, promoting a vibrant and healthy lifestyle. Enjoy the flexibility and rewards of per diem work while making a difference daily! WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTER

Driver's license
High School diploma or GED
Preferred - MAP certification (we'll provide the training for this!)
