When someone calls us, it is often the hardest day of their life. As our Intake Coordinator, you are the first person they speak to. You will listen with compassion, gather the details of their story, and help them take the first step toward justice and recovery.


This role requires more than organization. It demands professionalism, empathy, and the ability to connect with people under stress while keeping accurate records that allow our legal teams to act quickly.

Compensation:

$18 - $19.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do


  • Be the first point of contact for new clients by phone, email, and in person
  • Listen attentively, show empathy, and build trust with people in crisis
  • Record intake information in Lead Docket and manage follow-ups so no lead is missed
  • Transition qualified cases into Neos, ensuring data is complete for attorney review
  • Identify potential cases, schedule consultations, and guide new clients through onboarding
  • Work with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a smooth handoff from intake to our case management team

Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For


  • Strong interpersonal skills and natural empathy
  • Professionalism when handling sensitive conversations
  • Comfortable with technology, including Lead Docket, Neos, or similar systems (training provided)
  • Legal intake or personal injury experience preferred but not required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of inquiries
  • Calm under pressure and team-oriented
