Job Details
Shift: Part-time (35 hours/week), 4 days a week with variable days off
Location: Lutheran Medical Center Radiation Oncology, Golden, CO
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Radiation Therapist, you will:
- Interpret and implement treatment plans, delivering and charting simulation and treatment summaries.
- Perform simulation procedures and prepare immobilization devices, ensuring accurate measurements for dosimetry.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and quality assurance procedures.
- Assist in training and evaluating student therapists.
- Provide basic patient care and education, monitoring patients for treatment symptoms.
- Ensure timely and professional scheduling and treatment of patients.
What We’re Looking ForMinimum Qualifications
- Radiology Tech License in the state of practice
- Certification in Radiation Therapy from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited institution

Physical Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
