BrightStar Care of Asheville, NC is looking for an Assistant Drector of Nursing to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Client assessments, develop care plans, client file review
- National accounts
- Assist with RN/LPN hiring
- Provide medical assessments for new and existing clients
- Perform supervisory visits
- Uphold BrightStar behavior standards
Requirements:
- RN with five (5) years clinical experience, including Infusions, Wound care. etc.
- Two (2) years experience in-home care preferred
- Current state license to practice in state care is being provided
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program.
- Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
- Analytic/Critical thinker.
- Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills
- Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff and community.
- Treat clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image.
- Case management skills are a plus
- Ability to work on weekends, nights and holidays
- Reliable transportation
