Position Overview

The Production Associate (Mid-Level) is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, including assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and assembly operations following work instructions, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Execute basic testing, packaging, and shipping tasks as required.
• Follow detailed procedures and complex instructions to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Maintain daily production output and meet performance targets.
• Assist in developing and improving work procedures and process documentation.
• Troubleshoot basic production issues independently.
• Participate in quality control inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, and supervisors to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Train and support other team members when required.
• Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and quality policies.
• Participate in training sessions and team activities as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
