Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a current Michigan license and strong float experience for a night shift role.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with required floating to Med Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with 12-hour shifts
- Every other weekend required
- No call requirements
- Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Delivers patient education and supports family members
- Participates in multidisciplinary team strategies and problem-solving
- Adheres to infection control, medication safety, and hospital policies
- Requires strong team communication and leadership skills
- Must demonstrate knowledge of age-specific patient care
- Up to five days of requested time off may be considered

- Current and active MI RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience required
- Must have experience floating to PCU, Med Surg, and Telemetry units
- Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
- COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions permitted
