Key Responsibilities:

Dismantle, sort, and process electronic waste, including computers, monitors, printers, and other devices, following safety and environmental standards.

Operate and maintain recycling equipment such as shredders, sorters, and conveyors.

Identify and separate reusable, recyclable, and hazardous materials, ensuring proper handling.

Adhere to recycling schedules to maximize efficiency and meet production targets.

Maintain accurate records of processed materials and equipment maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.

Work closely with operations teams to address equipment issues and improve processes.

Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.

Respond quickly to equipment or process disruptions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in electronics recycling, manufacturing, or a related industrial field.

Knowledge of electronic components, hazardous materials, and recycling processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety guidelines, and recycling protocols.

Basic computer skills for logging activities and tracking inventory.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Forklift certification or experience with material handling equipment is a plus.
