As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep. you will support outside sales, manage customer relationships, and help drive sales growth. This role requires strong product knowledge and sales experience to serve both new and existing customers effectively.Key Responsibilities:

<li>Customer Engagement:
<ul>
<li>Prospect new clients and maintain strong service for current ones.</li>
<li>Handle in-person, phone, and email inquiries—often for complex needs.</li>
<li>Join outside sales reps on customer site visits as needed.</li>
</ul>

<li>Sales &amp; Support:
<ul>
<li>Recommend products based on customer requirements, cost, and availability.</li>
<li>Generate sales quotes and process orders using company systems.</li>
<li>Assist with take-offs, estimates, and large material packages (e.g., decks, kitchens, millwork).</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Product Expertise:
<ul>
<li>Use specialized knowledge to advise on selection, pricing, availability, and returns.</li>
<li>Train and support junior Inside Sales Representatives.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education: High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in building materials or related industry), or an equivalent mix of education and experience.</li>
