Skills and Qualifications:
·Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees regarding their issues and concerns
·Strong computer skills, such as 10 Key typing, with the ability to adapt to the organization’s system and software
·Strong problem-solving skills
·Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with weekly deadlines
·Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
·Being an effective team player
- Minimum of 2 years of office administrate experience
·Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Job Description/Duties:
·Take high-volume employee calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their payroll questions and concerns.
·Collect and set up employees’ direct deposit accounts
·Distribute weekly payroll checks to employees
·Assist employees with the online portal for payroll history records
·Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
Clerical duties such as filing and scanning
