We’re partnering with a well-established dental practice in Hudson County to hire an experienced Dental Office Manager. This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations while working closely with the doctor(s) to drive team performance, patient satisfaction, and the overall financial health of the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing front office and administrative team
- Oversee scheduling, insurance coordination, billing, and collections
- Track office performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with the doctor(s) to enhance workflows and operational efficiency
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
- Act as the main point of contact for patients, staff, and providers
- 2+ years of office management experience and strong understanding of dental/healthcare operations, insurance, and collections
- • Proven experience in office management, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting.
- • Strong knowledge of administrative operations and best practices.
- • Familiarity with dental billing, insurance processes, and financial management.
- • Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
- • Proficiency in relevant software and tools commonly used in dental practices.
- • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges promptly.
- • Exceptional communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
- • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
