We’re hiring aLead Panel Assemblerto join our team and take charge of wiring high-performance industrial ovens and thermal systems. This is a hands-on, seated position where precision and leadership go hand-in-hand.
🛠️What You’ll Do
- Performpoint-to-point wiringof controls, relays, and fans
- Read and interpretwiring diagrams and schematics(including ladder logic)
- Ensure all wiring is completedaccurately and efficiently
- Lead and support ateam of 3+ panel assemblers
✅What You Bring
- 6+ monthsof experience leading a small team
- Background inwiring, electrical assembly, or equivalent technical education
- Ability to readschematics and ladder logic
- Familiarity withcontrol panels and wiring diagrams
- Experience withelectronics and blueprint reading
- Own basic tools: wire cutters, strippers, screwdrivers, etc.
