The Advantage group is a third-party administrator specializing in COBRA and employee benefits. We are looking for a temporary contracted Receptionist to assist during our open enrollment season. This position will be available for 1-3 months with potential for extension with hours between 4-8 hours/day. You will be responsible for answering phones, routing calls to the appropriate individual, accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with excellent customer service
- Transfer calls to the appropriate individual
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
