Industrial Maintenance Electrician (Day Shift – 12-Hour Rotating Schedule)
Schedule: Alternating 12-hour shifts, 6:54 AM – 7:00 PM
Scope of Position
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a day-shift rotating schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems across production equipment and facility infrastructure
- Perform both preventive and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes to support installation and repair work
- Install, inspect, and repair electrical components, including wiring, conduits, lighting systems, switchgear, and control devices
- Test electrical systems and components for voltage, continuity, resistance, and current
- Maintain and service motors, generators, transformers, switchboards, and control systems
- Diagnose and repair industrial automation and electronic control systems
- Support and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
- Assist with installation and calibration of instrumentation and related devices as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Partner with production teams to ensure proper equipment operation and provide training as needed
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments to processes to maintain standards
- Adhere to and enforce all safety, quality, GMP, and company policies
Qualifications
- Associate degree in an electrical-related field or industrial electrical certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance electrician experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques

Additional Information
