Now Hiring: Customer Service & Operations Support Roles for Wyandotte, MI
A Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
B Shift : Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

Assist customers and business partners via phone and email

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues

Monitor delivery routes and track progress
-
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
-
Process delivery changes or cancellations
What You Need to Succeed

Previous office experience is required
-
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
-
Ability to manage higher-volume calls and more complex customer issues
-
Ability to track information in fast paced environment
It’d Be Great If You Also Have

High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least 1 year of related experience (call center experience preferred for CSR)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
