Now Hiring: Customer Service & Operations Support Roles for Wyandotte, MI

A Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

B Shift : Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

  • Assist customers and business partners via phone and email

  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues

  • Monitor delivery routes and track progress

  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

  • Process delivery changes or cancellations

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous office experience is required

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project

  • Ability to manage higher-volume calls and more complex customer issues

  • Ability to track information in fast paced environment

It’d Be Great If You Also Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of related experience (call center experience preferred for CSR)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service
