Job Title: Sales and Event Coordinator
Department: Events and Sales
Reports To: Senior Hotel Revenue and Sales Manager and Sr. Events Manager
Hours: 40+ hours a week onsite
About the Role:
Were looking for a detail-oriented Sales and Event Coordinator to support our Sales and Events team during weekday office hours. This role focuses on administrative support, client coordination, and booking management for weddings, corporate, and social events. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required for all hands on deck events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and reviewing proposals and contracts in TripleSeat
- Manage booking tasks: deposit collection, rooming lists, menu selections or manage collection and details of deposits, rooming lists, and menu selections
- Maintain and update group masters in Maestro, including payments and room blocks
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth execution
- Lead or assist with site tours across all event types
- Support the Events team with planning logistics for all markets, including corporate, SMERF, and wedding-specific planning and logistics
- Update BEOs based on client feedback
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of hospitality, events, or sales admin experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with TripleSeat, Maestro, or HubSpot is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma
- Occasional flexibility for major events
