JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position’s primary focus is to present Williamsburg New Full Down Owners with a welcome offer of a 3 night vacation. NOW Coordinator will maintain contact with New Owner while confirming reservation and offering workshop date/time 1-2 weeks prior to stay. NOW Coordinator will make outbound calls to other sites New Owners once provided a list, and work the guests as of they were on the table at point of sale. In addition, this position will supply the necessary support to organize and coordinate Special Events, whether local or at other designations chosen for the program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Calling NEW Spinnaker Owners to confirm reservations for 3 night NOW certificate travel.
- 1-2 weeks prior to travel, call New Owners to offer Special Event happening during their stay or choice of attraction passes. Owner Workshop pitched at this time and event, waived fees for travel package or tickets (within premium range) will be at no charge.
- Associate will be responsible for filling tour waves as set by management accordingly.
- Associate will be responsible for getting deposits from guest as set by management to secure reservation.
- Associate will be responsible for achieving Daily, Weekly and Monthly goals by source directed by Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Director.
- Daily communication with Marketing Manager and Office Manager, Recap, and Tracking of bookings will be sent to management at end of shift to ensure the bookings and goals are on track.
- Associate is responsible for all reporting and data entry of bookings as well as dollars on
- Associate responsible for follow up on open dated packages securing dates
- Associate responsible for insuring customers receive accurate information on event, package, including confirmation letters/emails.
- Associate is responsible for communicating to marketing administration on all bookings, accommodation requests and cancelation processes.
- Associate responsible on direct communication to the owners and serve as a concierges via phone and/or face to face.
- Associate is responsible for any event support either locally and/or traveling to area events as extra hospitality for the ultimate guest experience.
- Performs other related duties & special projects as requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Thorough knowledge of timeshare marketing techniques.
- Proven success in booking prospects/owners
- Thorough knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent computer skills – knowledge of SPI
- Positive demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedule and minimum of 40 hours per week
- Several years relevant experience
- Dependability – results oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
