Job Description:
Parking Area Maintenance is seeking an experienced Striping Foreman to lead and manage pavement marking projects across commercial, industrial, and municipal sites. This role is responsible for overseeing field crews, ensuring high-quality striping work, and maintaining safety and efficiency on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise striping crews on job sites
- Read and interpret site plans, layouts, and striping maps
- Operate striping equipment (walk-behind and ride-on machines)
- Ensure proper layout, line accuracy, and compliance with ADA and local regulations
- Coordinate daily job activities, materials, and equipment needs
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients
- Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in pavement striping or related field
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong understanding of layout, measurements, and attention to detail
- Ability to operate striping equipment and basic tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills
