Position Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, accurate support and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and partner with internal teams to help keep service levels high.
This part-time onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, takes pride in solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and respond to questions in a professional, helpful, and timely manner

Resolve common issues and escalate complex cases when needed to ensure effective outcomes

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established service procedures

Support day-to-day customer service operations to improve efficiency and consistency

Communicate clearly with customers and team members to meet service expectations
Required Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role

Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, courteous support

Comfort handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Reliability and professionalism in an onsite, part-time schedule

Compensation
Hourly rate: $14.00 - $16.00
