Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming and attentive demeanor.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage and organize incoming mail and deliveries.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Teams for scheduling and communication purposes.
• Maintain a tidy and efficient reception area.
• Provide administrative support to various teams as needed.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
• Ensure all interactions reflect a high level of courtesy.• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach in all interactions.
• Familiarity with sorting and handling incoming mail.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
