Your Daily Role:

Imagine a place where efficiency meets quality, and innovation is at the forefront. As part of our warehouse team, you'll dive into advanced maintenance and repair tasks. You'll scrutinize inspection reports and oversee major overhaul efforts to ensure top-notch efficiency and quality in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master the art of repairing refrigeration units, perspectives, and other essential equipment conforming to strict OSHA guidelines.
• Verify the precision of forklifts and other machinery, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Evaluate machinery performance using tools like voltmeters and pyrometers, ensuring everything runs perfectly.
• Assess finished tasks against blueprints, specifications, and safety benchmarks.
• Resolve technical challenges by diagnosing issues and suggesting viable solutions.
• Keep tools and machinery in premium condition, following detailed instructions.
• Regularly test safety systems to align with OSHA and operational metrics.
• Preserve detailed maintenance records, keeping everything transparent and accountable.

Your Background:

• High School Diploma or GED is a must.
• Preferred - candidates who are RETA educated or those willing to gain courses.
• Hazmat expertise is a plus but achievable upon hiring.
• Proficiency in OSHA's PSM program is essential.

Stand Out:

• 8+ years in maintenance mechanics.
• Mechanically inclined and skilled in hands-on scenarios.
• Exceptional communication skills and competency in ISO, SAP, and Microsoft tools.

Position Dynamics:

Your environment may present varying temperatures and you might work at heights up to 35 ft. Dexterity for handling and moving objects up to 50 pounds is essential, alongside clear vision, always prepared to work nights and weekends.
