Job Description & Requirements

Submission Requirements

• 1+ Year of Experience- Required
• NMTCB or ARCRT - Required
• Graduate from AMA approved Radiology School - Required
• ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please provide this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)

Please note: All compliance must be turned in one week prior to starting

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Licensure & Certifications (NMTCB or ARCRT)

Additional License Requirements

• Active at the time of Submission
