Job DescriptionJob Title: Inventory Control AssociateLocation: Lancaster, TX 75237Shift: Sat – Wed 6:00am- EOS (230pm/430pm)Start date: Saturday 6/21/25 Job Description:Complete Multiple Daily Inventory Cycle Counts Previous experience with WMS and RF scanners Experience operating order picker forklift, reach lift, and door truckInventory Control Associate to accurately account for all inventory related to the production of meal kit recipe boxes: Complete multiple daily inventory cycle countsEnsure FIFO rotation throughout the facilityManage the requisition of product from storage to production; record all inventory changes and input inventory data into the warehouse management systemConfirm product quality and quantity immediately after receiving processes have been completedUnderstand the inventory needs of the Preparation team necessary to complete the daily or weekly production targetClearly communicate all significant inventory changes to the Inventory Control Team LeadResolve problems related to inventory, product quality, and yieldsPerform other related duties as assigned Experience / EducationHighschool or GED or real word experience, Associate Degree, preferredMinimum 1-2 years of experience using inventory mobile deviceMinimum 1-2 years of inventory and/or food service related experienceReceiving or inventory control experience related to produce or specialty foodFood safety certificationsStandup Reach Forklift Skills and RequirementsAbility to count large quantities of product in the form of individual items, cases, and palletsCommunication skills must have good listening skills in addition to excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCapacity to follow detailed processes and procedures while offering creative improvements to those processesAbility to self-motivate and to problem solve in a fast paced setting filled with hard deadlinesWillingness to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the job
