We are actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of compassionate professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional care in Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Every other Weekend Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Duties:

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment.
• Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.

Requirements:

• CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.
• A desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards is essential.
