<li>Inpatient psychiatric coverage at a regional referral center </li>
<li>Schedule limited to assigned weekday shifts with no call </li>
<li>Youth treatment unit with secure communication tools in place </li>
<li>Long-term vacancy with consistent patient volume</li>
Duration: ASAP - OngoingCoverage Type: No CallSchedule: Weekday scheduled shifts only, no weekend or after-hours call Clinical Details:
<li>Inpatient psychiatric youth treatment unit (ages 5 17) </li>
<li>Patient load: 8 12 per shift </li>
<li>No ED admissions required </li>
<li>Direct admissions from regional hospitals may occur </li>
<li>Trauma Level I facility </li>
<li>EMR: Cerner </li>
<li>Internal communication: Voalte system </li>
Requirements:
<li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry </li>
<li>Active MT license or IMLC </li>
<li>BLS certification </li>
<li>Clean history </li>
Skills Needed:
<li>Management of anxiety, affective, ADHD, personality, psychotic, and organic disorders </li>
<li>Familiarity with restraint application and seclusion therapy </li>
<li>Use of pharmacotherapy </li>
<li>Group and family therapy experience preferred </li>
