iCreditWorks, one of the fastest growing FinTech platforms in the United States, offers innovative “Point-of-Sale” (POS) lending, digital payment technologies, including the first-in-market native mobile App that reinvents B2B/B2B2C lending. We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Corporate Communication & Events. This position requires a positive attitude and a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the executive and take initiative to solve problems independently. In addition to being organized and proactive, you must possess an advanced software IQ and the communication skills needed to interact with executives across multiple functions and levels. You must love what you do and have the desire to be an important player on an amazing team.
The ideal candidate should be meticulous and collaborative, with strong business judgment and the ability to effectively multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. iCreditWorks is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and managing multiple projects under concurrent deadlines is the norm.
To thrive in this high-impact role, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the highest level of discretion in handling confidential information. This individual will play a key role in developing iCreditWorks corporate communication strategies, support recurring tasks, and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Corporate Communication & Events to develop strategies and long-term solutions to ensure efficient office and event activities.
- Oversee office operations, including ordering office / event supplies and overseeing the office environment.
- Assist in planning corporate events and in managing event planning, logistics, and execution (some travel is required).
- Manage multiple responsibilities, including scheduling and providing strategic support for efficient time management.
- Implement process improvements that keep the business running smoothly.
- Anticipate challenges and ensure the Company is positioned for success at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant major, with a minimum of 3-5 years of EA experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing highly complex calendars, with the ability to foresee and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Ability to work autonomously on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion, with the flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions
- Experience planning, managing, and executing events
- Ability to handle conflict appropriately, knowing when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and tact when interacting with senior executives and team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills
