Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing initiatives to drive traffic, increase revenue, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of operations, customer behavior, and brand strategy. It also demands the ability to multitask, develop positive working relationships, and maintain professionalism with all stakeholders. This role necessitates a strong background in promotions, events, performance analysis, and technological solutions.
Primary Duties and Essential Job Functions
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio, TV, social media) to promote gaming, events, and amenities in partnership with shared services.
- Promotions & Events: Design and manage in-house promotions, tournaments, giveaways, and special events to attract and retain guests.
- Player Engagement: Collaborate with gaming departments to enhance VIP programs and customer retention strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and prepare regular reports for executive leadership in partnership with shared services.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and accurate forecasting.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in partnership with shared services.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with media outlets, vendors, and local businesses to expand reach and visibility.
- Digital Strategy: Manage website content, SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, and social media presence in partnership with shared services.
- Team Leadership: Supervise marketing staff, vendors, and creative partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, gaming, or entertainment
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue
- Strong understanding of casino operations and customer demographics, a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM platforms, and analytics tools
- Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with staff, PGCB, outside vendors, community leaders, and politicians.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office or other equivalent software as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
