Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Remote Teacher for the Visually Impaired to support students in New Hampshire. This role involves providing individualized instruction and educational support to visually impaired students, fostering their academic growth and independence. The ideal candidate will have experience in special education and a deep understanding of adaptive technologies, along with a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote instruction and support to visually impaired students across various grade levels.
• Develop and implement personalized educational plans tailored to students needs.
• Utilize assistive technologies and adaptive resources to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educational professionals to track progress and adjust strategies.
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and accessible online classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Vision Impairment, or related field.
• Certification or experience in working with visually impaired students.
• Experience working with visually impaired students in a remote/virtual setting.
• Strong communication and technology skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
