Position: Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location: King County, Snohomish, & Pierce County, WA (Travel required based on business need)
Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed

About the Role: As a Lead HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing residential HVAC systems. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-notch service and support for their heating and cooling needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork.
  • Educate customers on proactive repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance agreements to enhance their HVAC systems.
  • Utilize an iPad to create customer invoices and maintain clear communication with the office.
  • Travel to job sites within the service area, coordinating with dispatch to uphold schedules and effectively communicate any delays to customers.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your company vehicle.
  • Document all installed equipment upon arrival, including make, model, serial number, fuel type, necessary test measurements, and relevant photographs.
