Position: Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location: King County, Snohomish, & Pierce County, WA (Travel required based on business need)
Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed

About the Role: As a Lead HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing residential HVAC systems. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-notch service and support for their heating and cooling needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork.
Educate customers on proactive repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance agreements to enhance their HVAC systems.
Utilize an iPad to create customer invoices and maintain clear communication with the office.
Travel to job sites within the service area, coordinating with dispatch to uphold schedules and effectively communicate any delays to customers.
Maintain an organized inventory of stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your company vehicle.
Document all installed equipment upon arrival, including make, model, serial number, fuel type, necessary test measurements, and relevant photographs.
