Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to executives and managers

  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks

  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications

  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems

  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience with invoicing and billing systems (QuickBooks or similar a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
