Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials is needed to support K-12 students across multiple schools in Barre, Vermont for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position spans from ASAP through June 19, 2026, following the school calendar.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analysis services and interventions to students in Barre City Elementary & Middle School and Barre Town Middle & Elementary School.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to design and implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support inclusive educational practices and promote positive behavior outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field preferred; candidates with other education plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combinations will be considered.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis within K-12 educational settings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work full-time at 37.5 hours per week, primarily in-person.
