Haul steel, pipe, and coil on solo regional routes with non-forced dispatch and enjoy home every weekend. Take your assigned late-model automatic truck home and run predictable lanes mostly within 4–6 states.

Earnings & Bonuses

• $1,500 bonus on your first paycheck
• $1,400–$1,600 weekly average, top drivers $1,800–$2,000+
• 27% of each load
• $40 per tarped load
• $50 layover pay after 24 hours

Driver Requirements

• Minimum age 22
• 12 months verifiable flatbed experience in the last 5 years
• Experience securing steel, pipe, or coil loads required, coil experience is a strong plus
• Proficient with straps, tarps, chains, and binders (40–50% of loads require tarping)
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years, zero Clearinghouse violations
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Clean MVR preferred, reviewed case-by-case
