We're urgently hiring in our Lead Generation / Call Center in Highland Hills, OH. Candidates in the surrounding Cleveland metro area are encouraged to apply.What You'll Do:
- Call potential customers over the phone—be professional, convincing and confident
- Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments

What You Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.
Work Schedule Availability:
- We're looking for candidates who can reliably work four (4) weekday evening shifts + one (1) weekend shift each week.
Four weekday shifts:
- Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- You will be scheduled for four of these five days each week.
One weekend shift:
- Weekend shift hours vary and may rotate.
- Specific schedules will be shared in advance.
Standard Call Center Operating Hours:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday, 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
