Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Regularly call on established accounts to assist with customer relationships and sell Transwest Trucks products and services.
- Establish and qualify new accounts.
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers.
- Regularly travel within designated territory.
- Maintain familiarity with all vendor products.
- Maintain daily contact with major accounts assigned to you.
- Complete tasks within the designated budget for travel and entertainment.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Work Environment & Physical Abilities:
- Activities require a full range of motion including; handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- This position may require standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- This position requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
- This position requires the occasional ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 lbs.
- This position requires the ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
