Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our local business. You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed. Compensation:

$17 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
  • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date
  • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
  • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.

Qualifications:

  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
  • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills

About Company

We are a small memory care community in Molalla, Oregon, designed to care exclusively for those experiencing Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Our community consists of up to a maximum of 68 residents. We provide individualized care plans, which means each person will receive attentive and detailed care specific to their needs.

Our Bear Creek family has a full-time nurse as well as a care team able to assist with activities of daily living 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
