Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active School Psychologist license in Michigan (attach a screenshot of your current licensure; verify using the Michigan Department of Education’s online system)
- Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of professional conduct
- Comfortable servicing a diverse caseload, spanning PreK through high school
- Experience in comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, eligibility determination, and the development of IEPs/504s
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students
- Conduct evaluations, interpret assessment data, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to develop interventions and support plans
- Document all services in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
