This position is perfect for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) passionate about making a meaningful impact in education. The role runs from August 11, 2026, through September 24, 2026, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The specific caseload will be determined prior to start, ensuring an individualized match for your expertise and interests.

Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status required
  • School-based experience preferred, with a focus on elementary-aged students
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans within an educational framework

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to students, supporting their academic and social success
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and student outcomes
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
