Join Life Lab, a cutting-edge clinical laboratory dedicated to supporting clinical trials through advanced molecular testing. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of innovative cancer diagnostics and support the evaluation of emerging therapies for oncology patients
Key Responsibilities
A Day in the Life:
- Participate in training for new molecular assays and technologies.
- Conduct laboratory experiments aligned with clinical trial protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to share findings and contribute to data interpretation.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from an accredited institution required.
- Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on laboratory experience in molecular diagnostics.
- Proficiency in a wide range of molecular biology techniques.
- Experience with complex data analysis and interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) required; familiarity with Ion Torrent technology strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Skilled in using computer systems for data entry, analysis, and instrument operation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex analytical challenges.
- Deep understanding of good laboratory practices and regulatory compliance standards.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- May work with infectious agents and hazardous chemicals.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and performing fine hand manipulations.
- Visual and auditory acuity required for equipment operation and analysis.
- Work is primarily laboratory-based with occasional office tasks including documentation and SOP development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
