Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Overview:
RPh on the Go is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment in Shenandoah, Iowa. This position is primarily inpatient with limited retail coverage at the on-site outpatient pharmacy. Its a great fit for pharmacists who enjoy clinical work and can flex into retail when needed.

Schedule:

• Inpatient Pharmacy: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM 4:30 PM

• Retail Pharmacy: One weekday per week (4:00 PM 7:00 PM candidates choice)

• Every 4th weekend coverage may be required

• Retail Pharmacy Hours:

• MonFri: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Sat/Sun: 9:30 AM 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify orders and compounded medications, including chemotherapy

• Oversee pyxis fills and participate in inpatient rounds

• Perform audits and support the anticoagulation clinic

• Provide limited evening coverage in the retail pharmacy

Requirements:

• Active Iowa Pharmacist License (or eligible for temporary licensure)

• Experience with chemo verification a plus

• Comfortable with both inpatient and occasional retail work

• Open to new graduates
