Now Hiring: Program Assistant II
Location: Madison, WI 53703
Pay Rate: $16.10/hr
Duration: 6 Months (06/29/2026 – 12/30/2026)
Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process workers' compensation medical billing disputes.
- Investigate medical and pharmacy fee disputes.
- Gather information from employers, insurers, attorneys, and providers.
- Maintain case records and prepare documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to interpret medical records and regulations.
- Medical terminology/coding knowledge preferred.
