The Billing & Accounting Services Coordinator is responsible for resident billing functions, accounts receivable, and providing support for additional accounting responsibilities across the full continuum of care within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records while fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and internal departments.

What you will bring
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or experience in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in resident billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or related accounting functions within a CCRC, senior living, healthcare, or hospitality related environment.

Strong hospitality skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Experience with resident billing and accounting platforms (PointClickCare, Revspring,etc.).

Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
