Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at AIR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through active listening and clear communication.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and grievances in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
